Terms of Service
Effective date: September 2, 2026
On this page
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sheetbuster product (“Service”), provided by Sheetbuster(“Sheetbuster,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The product
Sheetbuster is offered to food-truck operators to run their events, inventory, sales and labor in one place. Features, screens and data structures described on this site or inside the product may change as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to warn you before a change that affects your stored data, but we cannot guarantee advance notice in every case.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. An account belongs to one operator (“organization”) and may have one or more trucks. The organization's owner may invite managers and staff and assign roles that control what each person can see and do. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
3. What the Service does
Sheetbuster helps an operator record events, manage a two-stage inventory (backstock and truck stock), track recipe-based food cost, record point-of-sale sales (manually, by CSV import, or through a connected Square account where available), track staff hours, and produce a per-event profit and loss summary. Figures the Service calculates, including estimated food cost, mileage, generator cost and the “worth it” verdict, are estimates built from the information you enter and the rates you set. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for verifying them before relying on them for a business decision.
4. Price, and how these Terms may change
The Service is free. We do not collect a payment method, and no feature, truck or member is metered or capped. These Terms, including the terms under which the Service is provided, may change in the future. If they do, we will notify account owners by email and inside the product at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. You can export your data at any time, before and after any such change, and no business record you have entered will be removed as a result of a change to these Terms.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the event, inventory, sales, labor and other business records you enter into the Service (“your content”). You grant Sheetbuster a limited license to host, process and display your content solely to operate the Service for you, including generating the reports, schedules and social post drafts you request. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including receipt photos, permit documents and staff information.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content; attempt to access another organization's data without authorization; reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond normal use through the interface; interfere with the Service's operation or security; or use the Service to process payments or data you do not have the right to process. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section.
7. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party tools, currently Square for point-of-sale data. Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data a third-party integration provides, and a disconnection or outage on their end may cause a gap in your records until it reconnects.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from Settings, or by writing to hello@truetake.app. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, or as part of discontinuing or changing the scope of the Service, with notice where practical. On account deletion we remove your organization's data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated figures will be accurate for your specific business circumstances.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sheetbuster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have paid us nothing.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Terms here with a new effective date and, for a material change, will make reasonable efforts to notify account owners by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sheetbuster is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
